About us...
The Little Elves Foundation
is a non-profit organization. Its main goal is to
provide support and comfort to people living with
AIDS in a group home setting.
The objectives are to :
- Establish for the Christmas period in
particular the delivery of gifts and the
organization of recreational activities for AIDS
sufferers living in these homes;
- Raise the awareness of the population to the needs
of people living with AIDS and who carry the HIV
virus;
- The organization will also, on occasion, distribute
gifts to people living in womens or homeless
shelters, especially during the Christmas season.
Since 2002, The Little Elves Foundation is formally constituted as a non-profit organization whose board of directors is composed of :
- Sylvain Duhamel, president and founder
- Antoine Gélinas
- Manon Michaud
- Isabelle Drouin
- Geneviève Gélinas
The Foundation also has its Ambassador, Mr Claude Duhamel. Sensitive to the realities of HIV-Aids and the isolation it often creates, Claude has for a number of years taken part in our fundraising efforts and raised awareness of the Foundation in the business world and allowed it to reach institutional donators.
The Little Elves
Foundation is a recognized charitable organization
and delivers receipts for income tax purposes to donators
of more than 20$.
